Guide to getting started?
1. Output Option
Decide on whether you require the capability statement in digital only format or digital and printed copy copies
2. Page Count
Decide on the amount of pages you require for the capability statement. A standard capability statement would start at 4 pages. Refer to samples below to help give clarity around page count and the amount of content.
3. Content / Wording

Design Process
Process starts upon receiving all the assets (Logo, Content and Photos)
1. Confirmation - One of the team will be in touch to confirm we have everything
2. Concepts - Capability statement layouts provided
3. Refinements - Designers will liaise directly with you based on your feedback
4. Finalise - Upon completion you will be provided with the final PDF files and JPEG images.
Timeframes:
> Design Process - completed within 5-7 business days.
> Printing - From order 5-6 Business days production + transit from Melbourne.
Professional Content Writing Process:
> Initial Contact - An introduction email is sent from Tradie Packs to Lyndall, The Professional Writer, and you, the client.
> We Reach Out - We'll send you a follow-up email to schedule a convenient date and time for a phone or Zoom interview.
> Questions - The interview questions are emailed to you for review. There's no need to respond at this stage, as we'll discuss everything during our meeting.
> Interview - We have a chat, discussing your project and sharing detailed information about your company, clients, and work.
> Draft - Using the information gathered, a draft will be prepared within 7 business days, unless otherwise agreed.
> Draft Review - The draft is sent to you for your input and approval. You must respond within 7 days with any revisions or feedback.
> Finalisation - Once the copy is updated and approved, the final version is sent to you and Tradie Packs to begin the design phase.
Stock Photo Process:
Stock photos are photographs that are licensed for commercial purposes
> Consultation with our designers to determine the appropriate image subject and style
> Opportunity to browse and select your own stock photos you’d like to include.
The overall process:
1. Once the capability statement is purchased, you will need to supply the below information to us. All details can be emailed or shared to info@tradiepacks.com.au:
• Provide your logo in a vector format of your logo (EPS, Ai, SVG or PDF*)
• Provide your legal business details for invoicing
• Provide delivery address for printing (if required) Can’t be a PO Box
• Provide the content (Words) for your capability statement
• Provide the (Photos) for your capability statement
2. Our team will check the information supplied and advise if we need any further details. If your pack is organised outside of the website an invoice will be issued here. Payment needs to be made before the project can begin.
3. Your project will be scheduled with our designers.
4. Design concepts will be developed and provided to you for feedback.
5. The designers will liaise directly with you to make any refinements before finalising.
6. Once your capability statement is approved, our designers will send the closing emails with the electronic files and order any printing.
All prices include artwork, GST & delivery to 1 point within Australia.
