Returns Policy
At Tradie Packs, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. All items are carefully checked before dispatch. As most of our products are custom-designed and made to order, returns or refunds are only available in limited circumstances.
In the rare event that your order is damaged, incomplete, or contains an error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tradiepacks.com.au.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please include:

Clear photos showing the problem
Where appropriate, we will arrange a reprint, replacement, or discounted re-order if something was missed or a fault has occurred.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality control issue, please notify us immediately.
While it’s extremely rare, damage can occasionally occur during transit. We stand by the quality of our printing and want to resolve any issues promptly.
Please email info@tradiepacks.com.au with photo evidence, and one of our customer service team members will respond personally to assist. In most cases, our suppliers can provide a reprint or replacement as quickly as possible.
Credits & Refunds
In line with our Returns Policy, our preferred resolution for damaged or faulty products is to reprint or replace the item.
In certain circumstances, we may also offer:

A store credit to be used on future purchases, or

A partial refund, where appropriate
All credit or refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@tradiepacks.com.au so we can discuss the most suitable solution.
Transit & Delivery Information
Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. We will pass on all tracking information supplied to us by our production partners and couriers.
Possible Delays
If your delivery has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, or if tracking information has not updated, please contact us. Couriers do not always notify us or our suppliers of delays, so we may not be immediately aware of transit issues.

Tradie Packs is based in Melbourne, and most of our suppliers are located in Melbourne or across the East Coast of Australia. Please allow for interstate transit times depending on your delivery location.
